The statue of the man behind the shop in the high house gave mom a giggle and a fright, she thought he was for   real.

Next photo is of my mom meeting her Great grandson Nicholas James Lovegrove for the very first time, she declared him to be beautiful, so lovely looking.

This is the bog garden, the size of the arum lillies was hug. Surrounded by trees and Rhododendrons, with pons and little bridge to cross over, it was a joy to see.
What a colour..beautiful

grown for its peeling bark this wonderful tree and similar ones to it, graced the bog garden.
little beauty tulip

The most amazing plantsmans garden, some plants I didnt recognize, but took down the names to track them down for our own garden, such as the ptetty tulip, called little beauty. The House and garden are part of an 18th century millers house. Set in a wooded valley with a large Brook, it is secluded and a real gem.
