First a walk around the wildlife area that encourages visitors to come to Wolseley Garden Centre, with its lakes, education site, wildlife habitats it is wonderful either in summer or winter, to stroll around the walkways and relax.

There were four of us walking around, me and gaz, Chris and mary, I said people often set up cameras here to see kingfishers but we have only seen one once, out popped a kingfisher and flew upstream....and I missed him.

Then it was off to the beer tent and to see our son and his wife and craig the drummer from the Band Naked Sunday live in concert.
Excellent performance, and a lovely evening in the sunshine to watch the bands on stage. I tried half a pint of the new ale brewed especially for the event called peregrine.. delicious.
