My cake Recipe Links

These ar my cakes I have made with the help of these links on the internet. Enthused by the success of the British Bake Off programme on the BBC, I discovered , late in the day after nearly forty years of marriage I make exceedingly good cakes, as Mr Kipling was wont to say on an advert.

No picture this time but I did use Mary Berrys recipe for a classic Victoria sponge cake, I have made about three now, all a complete success, am I pleased with myself, you betcha.

This is how it turned out, it was moist and nice and gingery to the tastebuds, lovely with a cuppa tea.
