This took place FRIDAY EVENING
We were there with our friends, Sharon and John, she being the drummer gregs mom, we joined in with all the songs they played mostly 60s songs so we knew all of the words.

How busy it was , luckily for us we managed to get a table by the entrance to the courtyard, easy access to the bar, my husbands not short on commensense when it comes to plotting his route out to the bar.
SATURDAY
Next day was a delivery of Amoretto ice cream for our grandson Owen and daughter Jenny, even baby Nicholas had a dip of it on his dummy. Owen had a hug but didnt want his photo taken so here is one of Nicholas taken on the day.
It was such a warm day, the paddling pool was outside ready for cooling off both children and adults.
Then off to the hospice shop where we bought 3 books at a bargain price, got the newspapers on the way home, then had a spicy chicken with cucumber and yoghurt dip made by Gary,Delicious.
SUNDAY Out for the day to Mitton Manor to see another NGS Garden, spread over 7 acres, it really was fantastic. There was a combo of musicinas playing music in the background by the swimming pool.
We went with our friends Jan and Terry. Here are some photos.

A great time around the gardens, a cup of rather tepid tea by the pool, then back to our house for a proper cuppa, and to show off our garden, a busy but great weekend.
